A New You in 52 – Take 2.

This new and exciting programme has been developed solely for participants who have completed A New You in 52 course. The programme aims to give you the skills and techniques to run faster, swim further, cycle better, and ultimately achieve a new personal best for the Triathlon. Be warned; weight loss will be a vital component of this year’s course.

A New you in 52 – Take 2 will be launching this October.

  • Starting Tuesday 13th 
  • 7:30pm – 8:30pm 
  • Every Tuesday & Thursday

Total cost for the year is £180, divided into 4 quarterly payments of £45.

Payment schedule: October, December, April and July.

Who is the programme aimed at?

Participants who have completed A New You in 52 programme and are ready for another year of fun, sweat and tears!.

What does the programme include?

The programme will be a progression of the skills learned in year one. The aim will be to cover longer distances, in faster times with improved skills and techniques to do so.

What is expected of you?

The same enthusiasm and commitment as year one but more attention to healthier eating and weight loss.

Where does the programme take place?

The programme is delivered in several venues in the Craigavon Area. Please see a draft outline below. The programme is subject to change to accommodate the group’s needs, ability and weather conditions.

How much does the programme cost?

What equipment do I need?

Walking and running – trainers, comfortable loose clothing ie tracksuit, jogging bottoms, sweatshirt, and lightweight waterproof top. Please do not rush out and buy new kit, the coaches can advise you as the weeks go on and activities change.

Cycling – Bike and helmet. If required. There are a limited number of bikes available upon request.

Swimming – bright coloured swim hat, swimsuit and goggles. Swim floats will be provided for those new to open water swimming.
