This new and exciting programme has been developed solely for participants who have completed A New You in 52 course. The programme aims to give you the skills and techniques to run faster, swim further, cycle better, and ultimately achieve a new personal best for the Triathlon. Be warned; weight loss will be a vital component of this year’s course.
