GUIDE RUNNERS SESSION

Are you a runner?

Have you considered helping someone with a visual impairment discover the joy of running or would you like to volunteer as a guide runner?

If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, why not become a guide runner.

This session for training as Guide Runners provides the skills, knowledge and confidence to enable you to run with someone with a visual impairment.

WHO IS THE GUIDE RUNNERS SESSION FOR?

The session is for people interested in gaining the skills, knowledge and practical experience to run with a visually impaired person.

You do not have to be an experienced runner or have experience with vision loss. Everyone is welcome.

Participants aged 12 – 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (non participating)

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE COURSE DELIVERED?

When: Saturday 28th May

Where: Lurgan Park – Tennis Pavilion.

Time: 11am – 1pm, please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts

Please come dress in running kit.
