On Your Feet which has been described as “Exercise in Disguise” is a fun filled programme for individuals that are still active and mobile but may find a traditional exercise class too much.
On Your Feet aims to help you:

- Improve strength and flexibility
- Improve posture and alignment
- Promote independence
- Improve social life
- Slow down age related illnesses and conditions
