Shape up with our boot camp challenge in Portadown People’s Park

Be prepared to be put through your paces if you sign up to take part in a six-week boot camp challenge being held in the picturesque surroundings of Portadown People’s Park.

Commencing on Monday 7 September and running until Wednesday 14 October 2020, participants looking to take their fitness level up a notch can expect to see real results by the end of the course by taking part in twice-weekly high intensity workouts involving a combination of bodyweight exercises, cardio and core.

Delivered by a qualified instructor and adapted to cater for people of all abilities and fitness levels, sessions will be held every Monday and Wednesday with participants able to choose one of the following time slots – 7.00am-8.00am or 9.30am-10.30am.

To ensure participants’ safety, no equipment will be used during these sessions and government guidelines on social distancing will be followed.

The boot camp challenge has been organised by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council with funding provided by Sport NI.
