If you’ve always wanted to try Pilates but feel unsure about joining a regular class, this course is for you. Our 5 Week Beginner’s Pilates Course has been specially designed for people who are completely new to Pilates and want to learn the fundamentals in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Led by experienced instructor Linda, each session will introduce the basic Pilates principles, movements and breathing techniques at a comfortable pace. You’ll learn how to improve your posture, strengthen your core, increase flexibility and develop greater body awareness, all while building confidence in your ability.
This course is for beginners only, ensuring that everyone starts at the same level and progresses together. No previous Pilates experience is required, making it the ideal introduction before moving on to regular Pilates classes.
