Swimmng Lesson FAQ's

Am I required to bring Armbands for my child’s swimming lesson?

No, all floats and armbands will be provided.

Where do I bring my child on the first day of lessons?

You should get your child dressed and take them to the steps at the deep end of the main pool.

The teachers will be waiting to greet your children at both the small and main pool.

For safety reasons parents are not allowed to walk kids along the pool side bank and so you should send your child to either the small or main pool depending on where their lesson is.

Does my child require goggle for lessons?

Goggles are not compulsory but we recommend that your child wears goggles.

When the set of lessons ends am I automatically entered into the next set of lessons?

On the 2nd last week of each set of lessons the teacher will perform a test session to assess your child’s progress.

On the last week you will receive a slip of paper with details of whether your child will repeat the set of lessons or has moved on to the next set and also a ‘payment due by’ date.

Your child will automatically be booked into the appropriate next set of lessons but if payment is not received by the ‘payment due date’ your child will be removed from the system and this space will be offered to someone else.
