Gym Inductions

Please watch the below gym induction where you will find details on using our fitness machines and staying safe in our centres. If you have signed up for a teen membership [aged 12-15 years], the induction programme is different. A parent or legal guardian [age 18+] must attend with the teen when completing the teen induction and must complete a parental consent form [available in all our gyms]. Teen inductions can be booked at centre receptions.
