Welcome September!
September is often regarded as the second ‘New Year’ for fitness and wellness goals! Much like the start to a brand-new school year for the kids, the feeling of a fresh start brings some ‘back to school’ energy to adults too!
The endless days and relaxed vibes of summer are becoming a distant memory and we’ve now reached September – that time of the year that reminds us that change can be beautiful and many of us are ready for change as we crave routine, structure and a sense of purpose.
Whether you’re an early riser, a bundle of energy in the afternoon or a night owl, working out at any time of the day is good for your health and wellbeing. Finding an activity that fits around your schedule and something you enjoy is key to helping you stick at it.
This can be an ideal time to refocus and work on a fitter you between now and the end of year. We’ve got nifty fifties classes, yoga, bootcamps, HIIT, teen gym, climbing sessions, Ju Jit Su, swimming lessons, Couch to 5K and so much more!
