Booking information if you’re not a getactiveabc member

If you are a not a getactiveabc member, you will need to create a casual membership account to book our pay-as-you go indoor leisure and watersports activities. Below is a short guide to assist customers with the online booking system.

 Click on the blue Register button for your activity

Choose ‘register an online account’. Please be reassured that creating a casual account does not sign you up for any membership package. You are simply signing up for a causal membership to enable bookings of pay-as-you-go activities.

 Step 1 – complete all personal details and choose South Lake as your home club if booking watersports

 Step 2 – fill in contact details, marketing preferences and medical information if applicable

 Create Member

Once you’ve got your membership number, our video below will give information on adding family, friends or guests to your account as casual users, 

We strongly recommend downloading the getactiveabc app for ease of booking.

You can select family, friends or guests under your account and the system will calculate the overall cost for everyone, allowing you to check out and pay in one simple transaction.
