Squash – Play the Walls

Squash courts can be booked at Banbridge Leisure Centre and South Lake Leisure Centre and are available on a ‘pay and play’ basis. Contact the facilities directly and payment must be made at the time of booking, either by credit or debit card.

Squash is included in a getactiveabc single, family and corporate membership and courts are bookable via the getactiveabc app.

ABC Squash Club is encouraging ladies to join at Banbridge Leisure Centre, drop in on Monday nights from 6.00pm – 7.30pm to give it a try. Competing in the Ulster Squash League, the club also runs sessions in Banbridge Leisure Centre on Thursdays from 6pm – 9pm and in South Lake Leisure Centre on Mondays from 6pm-9pm. Squash is a fantastic sport for fitness, whatever your age or level of ability. It’s exhilarating, fast-paced and mentally as well as physically challenging. It’s also easy to get started – simply grab a buddy, get a ball and some rackets, book a court and you’re off – it’s as simple as that!
