Online Booking Terms and Conditions
Online Payments To book an activity online you will have to enter your credit/debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Payment is taken at the time of booking
Refund Policy
Online ticket bookings are non- refundable. Payments for other activities may be cancelled for an alternative session as per the local activity rules.
If you refund request involves a membership cancellation as well please contact your local centre who can help you with this
Refunds for swimming lessons are available if you change your mind within 7 days of booking, or before your first lesson which ever occurs first. Please contact your local centre if necessary.

Online Payments
To book an activity online you will have to enter your credit/debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your order will be processed by Worldpay, no credit card data is held by Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you would like to cancel an online booking you must contact the correct centre at the number or email provided in your booking confirmation email. A refund will only be issued in the event of cancellation provided the customer gives a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the date of activity or start date of membership. A full refund will be given in event of cancellation by Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.
