Single, family and corporate members must enter their membership number when booking online and present their membership card on arrival at the centre for the activity.
We supply wet-suits, buoyancy aids and all equipment but you will need towel, toiletries, swim suit, water shoes or spare pair of trainers, and any medication you may require. Extensive changing facilities are available at South Lake Leisure Centre. Participants are welcome to bring along their own equipment and suitability can be assessed.
