Zombie caterpillars, blood squirting lizards and burping frogs are just a few of the gruesome and horrible habits of different animals.
Come and take part in our nature-based trail around the pathways of Oxford Island, uncovering some of the gross, gory and sometimes scary habits of familiar creatures that live around us, and some of their foreign cousins!
Enjoy a wander around the woodland and lough shore, looking out for our Halloween creatures and learn about the shocking and revolting things they get up to. These creatures could create their own horror story for Halloween!

The route takes 30 – 45 minutes to complete
