Experience a calming and welcoming environment with our Quiet Hour Swim sessions, designed especially for individuals with additional needs and their families. Held in the small pool with restricted numbers, these sessions offer a peaceful space to relax, unwind and build confidence in the water. Each participant with Additional Needs must be accompanied by a carer and up to three additional family members are welcome to join the session.
