Walking Netball is perfect for anyone who wants to become more active and enjoy playing netball at a slower pace. The sessions provide a warm-up, a recap on rules, passing and shooting activities followed by walking netball games.

POSITIVE AGEING MONTH PROGRAMME

Walking Netball is for anyone who want to become more active and enjoy playing netball at a slower pace with modified rules. The sessions will include a ‘shooter of the week’ competition, provide a warmup, a recap on rules, skills and drills and finishes with match play
