Parkour Sessions – Postponed

Due to the official period of National Mourning for Queen Elizabeth II, council events have been postponed until further notice. A new date will be arranged following the Bank Holiday.

Parkour

Parkour (also known as Freerunning) is a high-energy, action-packed urban sport that involves getting from one point to another in the most fluid way possible. Participants (Traceurs) use running, jumping, climbing, and a vast array of specialist movements to overcome obstacles while building strength, power, fitness, and endurance.

Parkour sessions are suitable for all abilities, whether you are new to the sport or would like to develop your skills and techniques under the watchful eye of a qualified coach.
