Celebrate all the joy our parks and open spaces bring with a host of family outdoor programmes, running from 30 July – 8 August.
Let the kids try their hand at archery and learn how to spark a flame using flint and steel, in a safe and supportive environment. Location: Dromore Park. Ages 6-12 years.
Join our experts to discover where creepy crawlies hide and learn lots of fun facts about centipedes, woodlice and more. Locations: Armagh Palace Demesne, Dromore Play Park and Oxford Island. Ages 5-11 years (children to be accompanied by an adult).

Early vernacular literature is widely recognized as one of the oldest literary traditions in Western Europe, and few places can claim a more significant role as a cradle of regional and European literature than the area now known as ABC Council! At the heart of this rich literary legacy is Armagh Palace Demesne. Join us and explore the history and cultural heritage that has shaped this important literary hub. Location: Armagh Palace Demesne.
