Flip into action with Rise Gymnastics
Rise Gymnastics is one programme with three phases, offered at Banbridge Leisure Centre and Dromore, Gilford and Rathfriland Community Centres. ‘Discover’ is designed for pre-schoolers and based on children using their imagination and creativity to help build confidence. ‘Explore’ is for school children and recreational gymnasts, aimed at developing physical, social and emotional wellbeing. ‘Excel’ offers enjoyable, exhilarating and challenging activities that enable ongoing and smooth progression for all gymnasts! Parents can also get involved with the ‘parent-led gymnastics’ (18 months – 2 years). Gymnastics is a fantastic physical activity that not only keeps kids active, but also instils key life skills including self-discipline, teamwork and perseverance, applicable to every sport.
