Staff well-being is in the driving seat at Shelbourne Motors
Shelbourne Motors continues to put employee health and well-being in the fast lane by prioritising people and steering towards a happier, healthier workforce!
The company has joined forces with the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s ‘Get Moving ABC’ programme to motivate and support its 173 strong workforce, across two sites, to get active and moving.
As one of Northern Ireland’s most established car dealers, Shelbourne Motors specialises in both new and approved used car sales alongside other services including rental, Motability, fleet, servicing and maintenance.

Through this initiative, the council will work closely with Shelbourne Motors to explore, co-ordinate and plan effective ways of encouraging employees to lead active, fulfilling lives, inside and outside the workplace.
