We’re supporting the Daily Mile Santa Run!
Grab your Christmas jumpers, reindeer headbands or Santa hats and get toddling, walking, running, or wheeling for this year’s merry Daily Mile Santa Run (Friday 5 December!).
The Daily Mile™ is a simple and free initiative, which supports children to walk, toddle, run, jog or wheel at their own pace, in the outdoors daily. The Daily Mile is proven to support children’s happiness, focus, boost mood and improve their health.
This December, we would love to see as many primary schools and early years settings as possible across the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon borough, sign up to take part and get moving on the same day, to celebrate the positive benefits of physical activity on physical, mental and social health.
