Craigavon Golf & Ski Centre offers a variety of coaching options for different age categories. Choose the one that suits your age group.
Snow Cubs
4 x 1 hour lessons.
£65.00per level
Our Snow Cub ski courses are fun informal coaching sessions for children aged 5-8 years who want to learn how to ski.
There are 2 courses to complete in order to reach recreational standard.
Snow Cubs Level 1 – Suitable for complete beginners. The aim of this course is to get to the standard where a snowplough glide is confidently achieved. Progress to Snow Cubs Level 2 when unaided snowplough glide and brake is accomplished.
Snow Cubs Level 2 – Suitable for participants who have completed Level 1 or have had some experience skiing and can confidently complete a snowplough glide. Level 2 will develop snowplough glide, brake, confident use of the rope tow lift and introduce a basic snowplough turn.

Level 1 Course Dates – Block Booking Ski Course
Monday 05th January | Thursday 08th January | Monday 12th January | Thursday 15th January
Course dates are non-transferable, so you need to be able to commit to all four dates in the block booking you choose.
Progression from the courses would be a private lesson to improve skiing techniques or recreational ski when continuous unaided snowplough turn, brake and confident use of the ski lift is achieved.
Polar Bears

Our Polar Bears ski courses are fun informal coaching sessions for children aged 9-12 years who want to learn how to ski.
There are 2 courses to complete in order to reach recreational standard.
Polar Bears Level 1 – Suitable for complete beginners. The aim of this course is to get to the standard where a snowplough glide is confidently achieved. Progress to Polar Bears Level 2 when unaided snowplough glide and brake is accomplished.
