FIREWORKS INFORMATION
- TIMES
The fireworks display begins at 7.30pm. Please aim to be on site 10 minutes before the show begins.
- PARKING
The car park at South Lake Leisure Centre will close at 3pm on Thursday 31 October. If you live locally, it is advisable to walk to the event. Alternative parking for visitors is available at:

- Tesco Extra (6 min walk)
- Marlborough Retail Park
- Marlborough House (4 min walk)
- Rushmere Shopping Centre
- TOILETS
Toilets are situated at Rushmere and South Lake Leisure Centre (temporary toilets outside the centre).

Café Incredable will be operating a BBQ outside the leisure centre for all visitors from 6pm. Café Incredable (indoor café) will close at 7pm.

Prior to the fireworks, Rushmere Shopping Centre will be hosting a programme of fun and spooky activities, including appearances from some of your favourite frightful friends, free face painting and musical performances*

Calling all you mummies [and maybe devilish daddies] who deserve a frighteningly fabulous pamper session at South Lake Health & Wellbeing Suite from 6.30pm – 8.30pm on Thursday 29 October. Three winners will be chosen and can bring along three friends to enjoy this VIP experience!
- Enjoy a glass of bubbly [non-alcoholic], delicious nibbles and free use of the Sauna, Steam room, Vitality Pool and Relaxation Room, all whilst watching the festive fireworks.
- Three chosen winners will also receive a 3 month taster getactiveabc Single Membership package or getactiveabc members will receive a 3 month saving on their membership!
- The three winners [excluding friends] will also be in with a chance of winning a voucher from our Health & Well-being Suite Therapists.

For some more frightfully good fun in our parks, Lurgan Tennis Club is running a Half-Term Tennis Camp in Lurgan Park from 27 – 29 October.
There are plenty of outdoor autumnal adventures to be had in our parks and open spaces. Splash around puddles, squelch through mud or crunch your way through fallen leaves on your next welly wander!
Search for insects and wildlife, build a den, become the king or queen of conkers, play pooh sticks or create a colourful piece of wild art using fallen leaves, sticks. acorns, mud, grasses, conkers and feathers! Enjoy a very different crimson and gold backdrop, crystal clear night skies proving ideal for a spot of stargazing, and crisp, clear morning for walks with family and four-legged friends.
Our caravan and camping sites, complete with glamping pods, at Gosford Forest Park and Kinnego Marina are open all year round and autumn is a fantastic time to visit.
