Get ready to be fitter, stronger and healthier.
These group classes will be led by a fully qualified fitness instructor, who will guide you through a range of exercises to increase strength and stamina, tone your muscles and make you feel good. Together with other women, of all abilities, you will use light weights and your own body weight to challenge yourself and have fun.
You should wear something that you can move in comfortably, with a pair of trainers, and please bring a water bottle.
