Baby Yoga opens our hearts to allow energy to flow and communication to develop between parent and baby. Our aim is to help both parent and baby relax in their shared enjoyment of the yoga movements.
5 week programme | Starts Tues 23rd April in Orchard Leisure Centre
- Ages 12 weeks to 6 months: 10.00am – 11.00
Costs £10.00 (for 5 week programme)
Takes place every Tuesday in Orchard Leisure Centre
Please bring a baby blanket and cushion/pillow for parents’ comfort
Baby yoga helps soothe and settle babies through a variety of holds and poses, developing flexibility, encouraging postural control and increasing body awareness. The classes are an opportunity to spend special time with your baby and socialise with other mums in a relaxed environment.
