Disability Sport NI is the main charity in Northern Ireland working with children, young people and adults with a disability who would like to get involved and take part in recreational and performance sport and physical recreation.
Disability Sport NI and Progressive Building Society have organised a small group gym induction and confidence building programme to enable young people to access Teen Gym in the future.
This project is suitable for anyone with a disability aged 12-15 years and commences on Monday 4th March at three gyms across the borough.
